AGENDA
PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.041, VTCS, AS AMENDED,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A REGULAR PUBLIC MEETING OF THE
COMMISSIONERS COURT OF RUNNELS COUNTY, TEXAS, WILL BE HELD IN THE
COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM AT THE COURTHOUSE, COURTHOUSE
SQUARE, 613 HUTCHINGS AVENUE, BALLINGER, TEXAS
ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION AND ACTION
:
Call to order.
Receive matters of business from the audience.
Public comment.
Reading and approval of minutes.
Consider approving payment of all current accounts and ratifying payments of any
accounts that have been pre-approved between court dates by members duly appointed by the
Commissioners Court and take action.
Consider approval of Tax Collector’s monthly report and take action.
Consider accepting grant from Kickapoo Springs Foundation for equipment for the
new Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicle and take action.
Consider the request of Commissioner James T. Self to trade in a 1994 Ford
pickup on a new pickup and take action.
Consider approval of County Treasurer’s Quarterly Investment Report and take
action.
Consider approval of Line Item/Budget Amendment(s) to the 2009-2010 Fiscal Year
Budget and take action.
