COMMISSIONERS COURT REGULAR MEETING
JUNE 15, 2010, AT 10:00 A.M.
AGENDA
PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.041, VTCS, AS AMENDED,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A REGULAR PUBLIC MEETING OF THE
COMMISSIONERS COURT OF RUNNELS COUNTY, TEXAS, WILL BE HELD IN THE
COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM AT THE COURTHOUSE, COURTHOUSE
SQUARE, 613 HUTCHINGS AVENUE, BALLINGER, TEXAS
ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION AND ACTION
:
Call to order.
Receive matters of business from the audience.
Public comment.
Reading and approval of minutes.
Consider approving payment of all current accounts and ratifying payments of any
accounts that have been pre-approved between court dates by members duly appointed by the
Commissioners Court and take action.
Consider approval of Tax Collector’s monthly report and take action.
Consider ratifying the Lease Agreement between Runnels County and Ballinger
Memorial Hospital, Ballinger Independent School District and the City of Ballinger for the lease of
election equipment and take action.
Consider adopting Resolution requesting participation in purchasing programs of
the Region VIII Education Service Center and take action.
Consider entering into Interlocal Agreement between the Region VIII Education
Service Center and Runnels County for cooperative purchasing services and take action.
Consider approval of Budget Amendment to the 2009-2010 Fiscal Year Budget and
take action.
