COMMISSIONERS COURT REGULAR MEETING
JULY 13, 2010, AT 10:00 A.M.
AGENDA
PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 551.041, VTCS, AS AMENDED, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A
REGULAR PUBLIC MEETING OF THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF RUNNELS COUNTY, TEXAS WILL BE HELD IN THE
COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM AT THE COURTHOUSE, COURTHOUSE SQUARE, 613 HUTCHINGS AVENUE, BALLINGER,
TEXAS.
ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION AND ACTION
:
Call to order.
Receive matters of business from the audience.
Public comment.
Reading and approval of minutes.
Audit County Treasurer’s accounts and consider approval of Auditor’s and
Treasurer’s Report and take action.
Consider approving payment of all current accounts and ratifying payment of any
accounts that have been pre-approved between court dates by members duly appointed by the Runnels
County Commissioners Court and take action.
Presentation by Mike Templeton, representative of Millersview-Doole Water Supply
Corporation, relating to Runnels County submitting an application for a Community Development Block
Grant on behalf of the corporation.
Consider setting date, time and place for public hearing to consider the
Petition for Creation of Runnels County Emergency Services District No. 1 and take
action.
Consider rescinding the Order Prohibiting Outdoor Burning adopted on June 21,
2010 and take action.
Consider terminating Agreement for Continuing Disclosure Services By and Between
Runnels County and First Southwest Company and take action.
Consider authorizing the County Clerk to enter into Addendum to the Warranty,
Support and License Agreement with Hart Intercivic regarding electronic voting equipment and take
action.
Consider entering into Interlocal Agreement for Paving Services between Runnels
County and the City of Miles and take action.
Consider retaining current fees authorized by Chapter 502 of the Transportation
Code and take action.
Consider approval of Budget/Line Item Amendments to the 2009/2010 Fiscal Year
Budget and take action.
